Pipe statics is our daily bread: We have been successfully developing applications in the field of statics from 1997. Programs from IngSoft assumed an industry-specific pioneering role in the beginning, because they combined highly specialized calculations with a comfortable user interface for the first time. Today, our software is a leader in pipe statics. Renowned institutes like the Eisenbahn-Bundesamt (Federal Railway Authority) rely on our software.
Pipe statics with IngSoft EasyPipe
Our software IngSoft EasyPipe verifies underground pipes in terms of structural engineering. The calculation modules represent the current DWA regulations as well as related foreign guidelines. A verifiable report includes all structural engineering evidence. IngSoft EasyPipe is established as a quasi-standard in the industry, available in several languages and it has a modular structure: As the user, you individually decide on the scope of functions.

The requirement for the structural engineering evidence of underground shafts (manholes, ducts) was taken from the landfills: We drafted our own approach as the industry lacked a set of rules for the manhole design. For underground shaft structures, you use our proven IngSoft EasySchacht98 software.

In addition, we support and train our users in multiple languages, create individual software solutions and develop customized extensions for IngSoft EasyPipe.

Structural engineering with modern tools
Furthermore, our engineers are specialized service providers for pipe statics, such as FEM calculation of special sections in renovation measures. We reproduce every material and every geometry - be it liners, short pipes, branches, tangential manholes or cones with weld-on plastic ribs.
In close cooperation with you as a client, we model your individual situation three-dimensionally (3D) and calculate using a finite element method (FEM). Low cover heights or load determinations under airplanes, crane cantilevers and reach stackers are familiar to us. In doing so, the service to the customer is important to us.
At the forefront through active committee work
We engage ourselves in the committees of DWA (Deutsche Vereinigung für Wasserwirtschaft, Abwasser und Abfall e. V. - German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste) and GSTT (GERMAN SOCIETY FOR TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGY E.V.). As a result, our employees are actively involved in the standardization work - and you, the customer, benefit from current results that reflect the state of the art.
IngSoft is partner of the Deutschen Vereinigung für Wasserwirtschaft, Abwasser und Abfall e. V. (German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste): We develop the DWA Statics Expert, a computer program for the DWA rules ATV-DVWK-A 127, DWA-A 143-2 and DWA-A 161. IngSoft is also a Microsoft Gold Partner.
